You can request a full refund if you ask for it within 14 days of purchase from the App Store.
Follow these steps:
- Go to Apple's Report a Problem page.
- In the Purchases tab, find your Shapr3D subscription.
- Click Report a Problem.
- Select a reason. Add a description if necessary.
- Click Submit.
Send an email to email@example.com within 14 days of purchase via Paddle. The Shapr3D team will issue a refund.
