You can color faces and bodies by using the Color tool in the Pro version of Shapr3D.
You can adjust the intensity of color with the Saturation indicator. The higher you bring the indicator, the higher the intensity.
- Color Wheel
You can choose the color you want to use for your 3D bodies.
You can adjust the luminosity of color, ranging from white to black. When you move the handle down on the slider, your color will get darker.
You can change the opacity, or transparency, of a body or face’s color. When you move the handle down on the slider, your color will become more transparent. This way, you can show the interior or hidden bodies.
- Default Color
You can select the default color for your 3D bodies from a selection of colors, including your current wheel color. Once you set a default color, any 3D shape you create will automatically be rendered in this color.
- Color Picker
Instead of manually picking a specific color in the ColorWheel, you can use the Color Picker to copy and apply a color you already have in your project.
You can add color in a few steps:
- Select a face or body you want to color, and then Color.
Or, go to Menu > Tools > Color and then select the surface you want to color.
- Choose the color you want to use:
a. Select a specific color on the Color Wheel.
You can change the color scheme by selecting and dragging your finger or cursor on the Color wheel. The selection is automatically colored with the selected color in the middle of the wheel.
b. Select one of the colors in the Recently Used Colors bar.
The available colors in the bar change whenever you use a new color.
c. Select the Color Picker and then any color on the screen. That color will automatically appear on the ColorWheel.
- Select the check mark in the middle of the Color Wheel to finalize the color.
