When you build shapes in your project, you need visual references—such as points, planes, and axes—to position your sketches and bodies precisely. These references are called construction geometry, or reference geometry. They won’t appear in the final, exported output of your design, but they are essential guides for your design process. Think of them like cranes on a building site for a hotel—they’re crucial for the construction process, but they won’t be there when the construction is done.
You can start creating construction geometry by going to Menu > Add.
When you select the tool, you need to choose which construction geometry you want to create: axis or plane.
