Apple has a strict policy for new devices. So, for security reasons, Apple can block you from purchasing expensive apps or subscribing to big-budget plans—including Shapr3D’s subscription plans. Apple can also prevent you from purchasing a Shapr3D subscription when you’re migrating all your apps from your old iPad to a new iPad Pro.
To fix this, first contact Apple Support through one of their support channels, such as Twitter
and Official Apple Support. Make sure you detail the issue; you can use this template: “I can purchase apps in the App Store, but I can’t subscribe to Shapr3D.”
Apple Support will contact you within 24 hours and direct you to the person in charge (usually a senior advisor for iTunes in California). Once they confirm the issue, they’ll remove the restriction within 24 hours, and you’re welcome to subscribe to Shapr3D.
