First things first—don’t reinstall the app. Since your Shapr3D designs are saved locally, you will lose your designs when you reinstall the app.
Instead, try extracting your designs via Finder:
- Open Finder.
- Go to Network > Macintosh HD > Users and select your user.
- Press Command + Shift + . to display hidden files.
- From your user folder, go to Library > Containers > Shapr3D > Data > Documents > workspaces.
- Copy the folder content.
- Create a support ticket here, attach the folder content, and submit it. The Shapr3D support team will investigate and get in touch with you.
