The designs you create in Shapr3D are saved locally on your device, and they are not accessible on other devices—even if you log in to your Shapr3D account on those devices.
Note: In a future release, designs created on Windows will be accessible on all devices.
For the time being, export all your designs from the Shapr3D app in the native SHAPR format and upload them to a cloud storage service to keep your Shapr3D designs accessible. Always back up before you reinstall the Shapr3D app or reset your device.
Follow the steps in this article to export your designs. If the Shapr3D app keeps crashing and you’re unable to export your designs, follow instructions in this article.
