Focus exclusively on cross-sections
The new Section Only mode within Section View allows you to hide all model geometry and background details. This focus enables you to inspect the specific cross-section profile without visual distractions from the rest of the model, which is useful for verifying internal clearances or wall thicknesses in complex assemblies.
Enhanced 2D view and alignment
Toggle 2D view (formerly Ortho View) to display the cross-section along with background edges and silhouettes. This provides better depth perception while maintaining an orthographic perspective. If you rotate the camera away, the new Normal to Section option at the top of the workspace allows you to instantly realign the view normal to the cut plane.
Visual control for Wrap & Emboss
The Wrap & Emboss tool now features a modeling space gizmo for rotation and depth adjustment. You can now rotate your design and set the emboss depth directly on the model, providing immediate visual feedback alongside the numerical parameters in the tool card.
