If you’re a student, teacher, or faculty member, you can apply for a free, 1-year educational (Edu) license. An Edu license is a free version of the Pro license. If you want to renew your Edu license, you can reapply as long as you're still part of an educational institution.
To get your own access to Pro for one year for free, request the educational license through the Shapr3D website. If you've already started a Pro trial, cancel the Pro subscription before you send the request.
To apply for the educational license, follow these steps:
- Go to the Shapr3D Pricing page.
- Select Free for Students and Educators.
- Log in with your Shapr3D account.
- Fill out all fields on the Request EDU license form.
- Select Send Request.
Note: It typically takes about three business days to evaluate requests. If your request is approved or any information is missing, you’ll be contacted via email.
