Website vs. App Store subscription
You can subscribe to Shapr3D through the Shapr3D website or, depending on your region, through Shapr3D via the Apple App Store. Both options provide access to the features included in your selected subscription plan.
We recommend subscribing through the Shapr3D website for the following benefits:
- Company payments – Pay using a company card.
- VAT deductions – Provide your company VAT number for applicable VAT deductions.
- Direct billing – Your subscription payment goes directly to Shapr3D without an App Store commission.
If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, you can manage your subscription and billing directly through your Apple account.
Note: App Store subscription availability and payment options may vary depending on your region.
How to subscribe to Shapr3D Solo
Follow these steps to subscribe to Shapr3D Solo through the Shapr3D website:

If you're a new user and want to try Shapr3D Solo before subscribing, you can start a 14-day free trial by following the same steps below.
- If you haven't yet, create a Shapr3D account.
- Access the subscription page using either option:
- Go to app.shapr3d.com, sign in to your account, and open Subscription.
- Go to the Shapr3D Pricing page.
- Select Solo.
- Choose your preferred billing option, then select Subscribe now or Start 14-day free trial, as applicable.
- Enter your payment details and any required billing information.
Note: Billing information requirements may vary depending on your country and whether you provide a tax ID. - Optional: If you have a valid coupon code, apply it during checkout. See Coupons and discounts for more information.
- Review your subscription details and confirm your purchase.
- Once your subscription is active, return to Subscription in your Shapr3D account to confirm that your plan has been updated.
Note: Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it before the next renewal date.
Auto-renewal
Shapr3D Solo subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

Trial
Shapr3D Solo offers a 14-day free trial for eligible users. During the trial, you can explore the features included in Solo.
Note: If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription will be charged according to the billing terms shown at checkout.
Coupons and discounts
For website subscriptions, Shapr3D occasionally offers discounts and promotions. If you have a valid coupon code, you can apply it during checkout.
Once a coupon expires, your subscription renews at the applicable regular price.
Refunds
How you request a refund depends on where you subscribed to Shapr3D.
Website subscriptions
- If you subscribed through the Shapr3D website, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are possible within 14 days of your subscription date.
- To request a refund, submit a support ticket.
App Store subscriptions
- If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, only Apple can process refunds for purchases made on its platform.
- Shapr3D does not have access to Apple's billing system and cannot issue refunds directly.
- To request a refund, visit Apple Support.
Tip
If you cancel your subscription, you can continue using your paid features until the subscription expires.
