Legacy Shapr3D subscriptions are previous subscription plans that are no longer available to new subscribers.
If you have an active legacy subscription, you can continue using your existing plan. However, once your subscription expires, you won't be able to purchase or reactivate the same legacy plan.

What happens to my legacy subscription?
If you subscribed to a legacy Shapr3D plan before the introduction of the current subscription plans, you can continue using your existing subscription as long as it remains active.
- Your existing subscription remains active under its current terms.
- You can continue using the features included in your legacy plan.
- Legacy subscriptions are no longer available for new purchases.
Can I renew my legacy subscription?
Your legacy subscription can continue renewing automatically as long as it remains active and auto-renewal is enabled.
If you cancel your subscription, you can continue using your paid features until the end of your current billing period. Once your subscription expires, you won't be able to reactivate the same legacy plan.
Important
Legacy subscriptions cannot be purchased or reactivated after they expire. If you want to subscribe again, you'll need to choose one of the current Shapr3D plans.
Can I switch to a current subscription plan?
Yes. You can choose from the current Shapr3D subscription plans:
- Free – Access essential modeling tools for basic projects.
- Solo – Create unlimited projects with advanced modeling, visualization, and export capabilities.
- Studio – Access advanced design features and team collaboration tools.
- Enterprise – Get advanced team management, security, and enterprise-level capabilities.

Note: Once your legacy subscription expires, you cannot switch back to it.
How to manage your legacy subscription
You can continue managing your legacy subscription through the platform where you originally subscribed.
- Shapr3D website – Sign in to your Shapr3D account to manage your subscription and billing.
- Apple App Store – Manage your subscription through your Apple account.

Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel your legacy subscription at any time. Your paid features remain available until the subscription expires.
Important: Once your legacy subscription expires, you won't be able to reactivate it.
