Interaction
When you use a Shapr3D AI feature, such as Generative Render, you provide input such as a design snapshot and an optional text prompt. This input guides the AI in generating an output—like an enhanced or rendered image—relevant to your task. -
Data Processing and Safety
Your input is securely transmitted to our AI partners’ systems using the highest available security and compliance settings. Built-in safety mechanisms automatically detect and block disallowed or harmful content. If a request violates these safeguards, no output is generated. To protect your privacy, you should not include personal, confidential, or sensitive information in any prompt or uploaded content. -
AI-Powered Output Generation
Your input is processed by inference-based models operated by our AI partners. These models analyze the data and generate the appropriate result, such as a realistic render, visual enhancement, or other design-related output, based on Shapr3D-managed and publicly available sources.
The models temporarily retain data for a limited period to complete the generation process. After processing, the data is deleted and not used for training or long-term storage. -
Response Delivery
Once processing is complete, the generated result is returned directly to your Shapr3D workspace within seconds. The process is designed to be fast, secure, and seamless so you can continue working without interruption. -
User Restrictions
When using any Shapr3D AI feature, you must comply with user restrictions set forth in Shapr3D Terms and Conditions. By way of example, you are not permitted to submit prompts or create content that infringe intellectual property rights, violate laws, or promote terrorism, hate speech, discrimination, violence, or any illegal or harmful activities. -
Data Logging
Shapr3D may log anonymized data, such as your prompt and the generated output, for system monitoring and improvement. These logs are stored securely on our infrastructure and handled in accordance with data protection standards and applicable laws.
