   The chatbot returns the generated answer directly to your chat window within seconds. The process is designed to be fast, secure, and consistent with Shapr3D’s data protection standards.
6. Data Logging
   Your original question and the chatbot’s response may be logged on Shapr3D’s secure servers for internal monitoring and quality improvement. All logs are anonymized and handled in compliance with data protection laws and internal policies.
7. Rolling Knowledge Base
   The chatbot always uses the most up-to-date version of the Shapr3D Help Center, ensuring that the information provided reflects the latest available features and documentation.
