Shapr3D Studio

Upgrade to Shapr3D Studio to access advanced design and collaboration capabilities for your team. Studio includes everything in Solo, plus unlimited teamspaces, advanced CAD compatibility, custom materials, and extended project version history.

With Studio, you can create unlimited projects, collaborate with team members, and access advanced features such as Visualization and 2D drawings (Technical drawings).

Website vs. App Store subscription

You can subscribe to Shapr3D through the Shapr3D website or, depending on your region, through Shapr3D via the Apple App Store. Both options provide access to the features included in your selected subscription plan.

We recommend subscribing through the Shapr3D website for the following benefits:

• Team management – Access team features and manage seats directly through your Shapr3D account.
• Company payments – Pay using a company card.
• VAT deductions – Provide your company VAT number for applicable VAT deductions.
• Direct billing – Your subscription payment goes directly to Shapr3D without an App Store commission.

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, you can manage your subscription and billing directly through your Apple account.

Note: App Store subscription availability and payment options may vary depending on your region.

Teams feature

When you subscribe to Shapr3D Studio through the website, you can access Studio features, including team collaboration.

With teams, you can enjoy the following benefits:

• Your own team
  • By default, your account becomes a team that you own.
  • You can use your account individually or purchase additional Editor seats to invite team members.
• Invitations to other teams
  • Join other teams through email invitations from team owners.
• Collaboration
  • Share and manage projects with teammates in Teamspaces.
  • Create unlimited teamspaces to organize projects across your team.
• Editor and Contributor seats
  • Add up to 10 Editor seats for team members who need access to Studio features.
  • Use up to two Contributor seats for invited team members who need to create and edit team projects.

How to subscribe to Shapr3D Studio

Follow these steps to subscribe to Shapr3D Studio through the Shapr3D website:

1. If you haven't yet, create a Shapr3D account.
2. Access the subscription page using either option:
   • Go to app.shapr3d.com, sign in to your account, and open Subscription.
   • Go to the Shapr3D Pricing page.
3. Select Studio.
4. Choose your preferred billing option, then select Subscribe now or Start 14-day free trial, as applicable.
5. Select the number of Editor seats you want to purchase. See Seats for more information.
6. Enter your payment details and any required billing information. 
   Note: Billing information requirements may vary depending on your country and whether you provide a tax ID.
7. Optional: If you have a valid coupon code, apply it during checkout. See Coupons and discounts for more information.
8. Review your subscription details and confirm your purchase.
9. Once your subscription is active, return to Subscription in your Shapr3D account to confirm that your plan has been updated. 
   Note: Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it before the next renewal date.

Seats

Shapr3D Studio supports up to 10 Editor seats and two Contributor seats.

• Editor seats – Editors can create, edit, and export projects using Studio features.
• Contributor seats – Contributors can create and edit team projects using modeling tools. Contributor seats can be claimed through company email invitations, with up to two seats available per team.

Team owners can manage purchased seats and invite members through their Shapr3D account.

Auto-renewal

Shapr3D Studio subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

Team owners can manage subscription renewal through their Shapr3D account.

Trial

Shapr3D Studio offers a 14-day free trial for eligible users. During the trial, you can explore Studio features before subscribing.

For team trials, invited members can participate during the team owner's trial period.

Note: If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription will be charged according to the billing terms shown at checkout.

Coupons and discounts

For website subscriptions, Shapr3D occasionally offers discounts and promotions. If you have a valid coupon code, you can apply it during checkout.

Coupons applied during checkout may also apply to additional seats purchased under the subscription, depending on the promotion's terms.

Refunds

How you request a refund depends on where you subscribed to Shapr3D.

Website subscriptions

• If you subscribed through the Shapr3D website, you may be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds are possible within 14 days of your subscription date.
• To request a refund, submit a support ticket.

App Store subscriptions

• If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, only Apple can process refunds for purchases made on its platform.
• Shapr3D does not have access to Apple's billing system and cannot issue refunds directly.
• To request a refund, visit Apple Support.
