Depending on your method of subscription, you can cancel either from the Shapr3D website or the App Store

Cancel your subscription
Important
- By cancelling your subscription, you disable automatic renewal when the current subscription expires.
- If you are an owner of a team, all the team members will be automatically removed and lose access to the team and their projects.
- Your subscription plan remains active until the end of its term, and your plan details are updated with an expiration date.
- Go to account.shapr3d.com and sign in.
Note: You can also log in by going to shapr3d.com > Sign up. - Go to Subscription.

In the Auto-renews on section, select Manage > Cancel subscription.
- To confirm, select Cancel subscription.

Optional: If you want to turn auto-renewal back on, go back to the Subscription page and then select Turn on auto-renewal in the Expires on section.
- Open the App Store on your device.
- Go to your profile > Subscriptions > Shapr3D.
- Select Cancel Free Trial or Cancel Subscription.

Get a refund
If you purchased a Shapr3D Pro subscription through our website, and you're an individual user or a Team Owner, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds are only possible within 14 days of purchase. To request one, please submit a support ticket via this form.
If you are on a Shapr3D Enterprise license, please contact your account manager directly for assistance with any refund or billing requests.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, please note that only Apple can issue refunds for purchases made through their platform. Shapr3D does not have access to Apple’s billing system and cannot process refunds on your behalf. For more information or to submit a request, visit Apple Support.
