Knowing the hardware and software specifications of your device is important when you’re experiencing any technical issues and need help from our support team. Follow this guide to learn how to find your hardware and software specifications.

Windows iPadOS macOS

1. Select Start > Settings > System > About.
2. Under Device Specifications and Windows specifications, you can find specifications such as Processor, Installed RAM, System type, and OS build.

Go to Settings > General > About to find information such as iPadOS version, Model Name, and Model Number.
