These laptops typically ship with hybrid graphics enabled by default. This means the system dynamically switches between the integrated GPU (e.g., Intel) and the discrete GPU (e.g., NVIDIA). Shapr3D requires consistent use of the discrete GPU to render models and interface properly.

To resolve the issue, force the system to use the discrete GPU via the OMEN Gaming Hub:

- Navigate to the Performance Control or Graphics Switcher section
- Select Discrete Graphics Mode.
