Concentric arcs share the same center point. You can use the Concentric 
constraint to create a concentric relationship between sketch arc elements.
How to create a concentric constraint
To create a Concentric constraint:
- On the same plane, select arc or circle elements.
- From the constraints menu, select Concentric.
